The home was furnished very modern but not comfortable for a family to sit and watch TV together. The beds were so hard, it was like sleeping on concrete, all 3 of them. The owner was responsive to our first day there quickly about an issue we were having. We couldn't get hot water at all and it took 2 days for a plumber to show up to spend 5 minutes there turning off a "vacation" stay on the hot water tank. So for those 2 days, we all took cold showers, not very happy about that. Then the shower in the master would only get hot when it felt like it! That should have been taken care of before we got there. The pool was nice because it was hot! Although the floors coming from the pool area we so slippery, you had to line up towels to the door so you would slip and fall. There needs to be signs put up "slippery when wet". It was very dangerous and we almost slipped and fell several times.Overall, we were fairly comfortable, but felt like the issues we had, we should not have, especially paying the price that you do for a home rental. ##### Donna P.
