For that price it is very reasonable to stay at that nice hotel. The pool area is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent.

The lead up to the property has us thinking we may have been mislead, however we were proven wrong. The room was beautiful, clean, bright and conveniently located to the port for any tours/routes to Positano (which is why we booked) and the main streets of Naples full of shops, places to eat and drink.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay at skyhouse! Amazing view and prime location. Owner very accomodating and helpful. Only thing to mention was no milk or coffee in the rooms with the kettle and tea bags

Facts which good to know ahead

- 1. The hotel is on a7th floor of a discusting building...need to pass a gate, internal building, take a scary elevetor... took us 30 minutes to locate.... it could be better coordinated ahead.. 2. The owners: especialy the man, need to learn how to behave with quests.. the impression is like we were bothering him, with each quedtion. The lady was better.. 3. Breakfast is minimal, under a higlight "it's an Italian breafast"... +. 1. Good location with view to the port 2. Very nice an clean double room, great shower and bed

Un bnb (car ce n'est pas un hôtel) bien placé, des chambres propres et modernes. Le bémol c'est que côté mer (c'était notre cas) si la vue est sympa, le bruit est incessant car un périphérique passe au pieds de l'immeuble : boules quiès obligatoire... d'autant que c'est mal insonorisé y compris avec les autres logements, notamment au dessus. Le petit déjeuner est simple (café croissant yaourt) et conviendra au plus grand nombre (mais pas aux anglo saxons qui aiment les oeufs et le bacon) Idéal pour une nuit ou 2

늦은체크인 추가요금ㅜㅜ

여긴 늦게 체크인하면 추가요금 20유로 내야해요 프랑크푸르트 경유해서 저녁 비행기였고, 루프트한자 보딩도 늦어져서 택시로 거의 12시쯤도착했는데ᆢ늦는다고 미리 메일도 보내고 전화도 수십번 해도 받지 않아요ᆢ그리고 9시 이후 체크인하면 추가요금 내야 한다네요 미리 알았으면 항공 시간 조절했을텐데 늦게왔다고 할머니사장님 투덜투덜 시계 가르키면서 조용히 하라고 불쾌하게 해요 밤. 시간이라 골목안에 있어서 간판도 정말 작고, 건물이a,b로 나뉘어 있고 엘리베이터는 캐리어와 두사람 타면 더이상 탈수 없는 크기이고, 오픈 클로즈도 작동이 잘 안되고 당황했어요 낡은 건물안에 내부는 깔끔하고 괜찮아요 다음날 조식은 괜찮아요 할아버지사장님이 친절하게 살피시고, 엘리베이터에 동전 넣어 빠르게 내려갈 수 있게 배웅도 해 주셨어요 부부사장님 비교 되요~ 할머니사장님 조금더 친절하시면 좋을거 같아요

Nosotros hemos pensado que era un hotel. Pero realmente es un piso que alquila por habitaciones. Lo que nos gusto :Esta cerca del puerto. Lo que no nos gustó : Nos han pedido salir a las 10h mientras en Expedia pone a las 11h. 2 días antes nos envían un correo avisando si hacemos un check in después de las 21h nos va a cobrar 20 euros de penalización. Mientras en Expedia ponía que dispone de recepción las 24h. Yo sinceramente no volvería.

Bad experience

The room is clean and good but the host is very rude and unpolitle. We paid for breakfast but we only could eat one kind of croissant. When we took other croissant (cause the breakfast haven't other option to eat, like eggs, fruits... ) the host shouted with us, "to not eat until estufated". Could be!??? We regret to made this reservation.

Esta muy bien ubicado y por dentro todo esta muy limpio y agradable, incluso mejor que lo que se aprecia en las fotos, las habitaciones son muy amplias. El personal es muy agradable y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. Calidad precio esta muy bien. La entrada fue un poco confusa ya que a pesar de decir la hora a la que llegábamos y escribir al teléfono que me dieron no había nadie y tuvimos que estar un rato en una calle un poco desagradable sin saber qué hacer. El desayuno es en una mesa en la que coincides con otros huéspedes, que en otro momento no tendría mayor importancia pero ahora para mi si la tiene, tampoco nos sentimos cómodas con el "no uso de la mascarilla"

Petite chambre sympa avec un très beau balcon avec vue sur le port !! un vrai plus mais peut être un peu bruyant a cause des travaux. la gérante est très gentille et serviable, le petit déjeuner était porté en chambre a cause du COVID. cependant la rue dans laquelle se trouve l'immeuble est assez peu passante la nuit... la literie était correcte mais les oreillers étaient trop gros pour moi, le sommeil n’était pas le meilleur. le séjour reste quand même agréable dans l’ensemble.
