The property offers a beautiful entry with a paved driveway and privacy hedge. Guests will have designated parking directly beside the unit, with additional space available if needed. The other side of the home is separately occupied (the children), but both units are private with individual entrances and designated parking spots. You’ll have the freedom to come and go as you please, while still enjoying the peace of Golden Gate Estates.

House Rules: Zero Tolerance Policy for Noise & Parties
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests and to maintain good relationships with our neighbors, we strictly enforce a zero tolerance policy for:
• Loud music or disruptive noise
• Parties, events, or large gatherings
• Unauthorized visitors
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund and additional charges if damages or fines occur. Guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, and—if necessary—the sheriff will assist.

We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and treat our property, as well as the surrounding community, with care.
