The Space: Upon arriving at this residential and safe neighborhood, you may first notice the well-maintained lawn and the bright blue door and window. You can take a deep breath now—you're here. Inside, you'll see the clean and calm setup; a comfortable sectional to unwind in front of the 65" TV with a Roku stick, a galley kitchen equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation, and a sleek dining table for six. Make a smoothie for breakfast, chef it up with stainless steel appliances for dinner, and make a bag of popcorn for a midnight snack. From here, peek out to the private pool perfect for hot Florida weather and sunbathing with a book on the patio chairs. Lunch by the pool? Enjoy it at the patio table with an overhead fan and six chairs for the whole group! Before you jump in, check out the bedrooms. Throw your luggage down in the master suite and call dibs! You'll have access to the patio just a few steps from the king-sized bed dressed in luxurious bedding. This bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity and spa-like bathtub for nights in. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law. The minimum rental age is 25\. A picture ID must be provided to Newman Hospitality no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 9pm - 8am Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. This was our first time renting. There was was 3 of us and it was perfect. The house what exactly like the pictures, it was super clean, the outside grounds where perfectly tidy. You can tell they care! Also so close to everything! The women I was with felt super safe in the house alone and that’s huge. I would and planing on going back next year. Trash from previous occupant was not put out, strong odor. Open food was left cabinets which we disposed of. It appears that the cleaning from previous occupant was not done properly. There were no instructions left. We had trouble figuring out how to use the stove. The freezer was off track when we arrived. Someone came out next day and put on track. Filled up with frost all week. Ice maker didn’t work. Worst was the fleas. We sprayed raid twice during our stay. They offered to send someone out but we had already sprayed. The pool was great and we spent most of time outside. The quality of the updates were not great. Towel racks were hanging out of wall and one fell off. ##### Patricia S.
