It is not usual that you get to meet the owner of the property but we did, and what a treat it was. He was around the property tidying up and caring for it. We felt so welcomed. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a car issue and found some duct tape to get us by. He also was able to get us more pillows immediately. The owners care about the cleanliness, and your comfort. The unit was huge and we enjoyed the backyard, very much. It's quiet and in a lovely neighborhood with friendly passerby's. If ever in the Naples area, this location is in perfect proximity to 5th Avenue, and also to hop on the highway to head south to Marco Island. It's also right near the Botanical Gardens and is across the street from an Olive Garden. Truly a lovely place that we would recommend to anyone. They are also pet-friendly and that was a huge motivator to stay at this location. The home has been recently remodeled and is contemporary, sleek even though compact. It was not a peaceful stay. Being downstairs was not great. There were alot of people in the unit above. Up as early as 4:30 am on what sounded like a tredmil. The stairs for the upstairs unit is just outside the the bedroom of the downstairs unit. So you can hear people go in and out very easily. It was clean on inside and decorated nice. I just felt like a bother and not a guest when bringing up concerns with Carlos. If I know there would be excavating done during my stay I would have chosen a different place. I will be back to Naples but will not stay at a place like this again.
