Enjoyed my stay at this gorgeous hotel! The service was top tier , Francesca was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The food was delicious (apart from the breakfast buffet) and we enjoyed all the amenities. This hotel is not in a walkable area and there’s literally nothing to see in the vicinity. The hotel does contract with a taxi company and they offer discounted rates to and from the central city area. If you’re wanting to stay put, this place is perfect , if you’re wanting to explore, have food options and walkable areas, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel in a really run down area. We walked the 1.5 kilometres from the central station and it was pretty gross but once you’re in the hotel WOW! The staff, the room, the food… just totally mind blowingly good.

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. The "relax" part gives you access to an area with two saunas, two hot tubs, a number of emulsion showers, a pool, and an area with a few snacks and tea. Overall good but beware of any "fixed price" the taxis say they have, it cost 10 euro to get from the train station to the hotel if they run the meter but they'll charge you 20 or more if you do the "fixed price"

Rooms were excellent, clean, good amenities. They have a shuttle that takes you to the historic area that was convenient. Area surrounding the hotel is a bit lacking since it is an industrial area but is quiet at night. Not sure if it was guests or staff but there was chairs being dragged around and doors opening/closing around 9am so if you're a light sleeper or want to sleep in just keep that in mind.

I never write bad reviews, I believe hotels try their best and sometimes things aren't great. However, I feel it's a must to warn anyone considering this hotel. Not sure how they got any good reviews, but here's my experience. EVERY staff member was extremely rude and made me feel like they are doing me the biggest favor and burden in the world, when I asked for the simplest things (like a water bottle or where do I get a cab, etc). They charge you for EVERYTHING (like a water bottle, etc) at crazy prices. Everything is an extra charge and higher priced than airport prices. The hotel is in a dangerous area of town, no where close to anything. The rooms are nice but so not worth compromising everything else for the nice room. I was so relieved to leave I felt so uncomfortable at this hotel. Ruined my Italy experience, and that's a very hard thing to do. Trust, do not book at this hotel.

Wonderful stay.
Amazing staff and cleanliness. You. Are a distance from the city but close to the trains. They offer complimentary shuttle service to downtown if you arrange it before 5pm. They will hold your bags put don’t expect to check in before 3pm. Breakfast was worth the price and delightful. Ask for coffee and they will personally make you a cappuccino! Coffee in the room did not disappoint as well. They have a minibar in the fridge in your room as well but you have to plug it in if you need refrigeration.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. It is very new, beautiful, clean and the staff, from the front desk staff, to the staff in the bar and restaurant were all very pleasant. As the hotel is located in an industrial area quite close to the airport, it was recommended that walking in the area was not a good idea. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service into and back from the city centre, which we availed ourselves off. Would highly recommend.

I GIVE IT 5 STARS !!!
FANTASTIC STAY. Their logo has 4 stars but i give it 5 STARS. Excellent hotel, Staff is wonderful, of all the hotels we stayed it throughout Europe this was the best. Everything about our stay was here was superb. The restaurant upstairs is just as great. Superb service, food and view of the city. We will definitely be staying here on our future visits. Also, free hotel shuttle to the city center.

Nice Hotel in Naples
We stayed here twice and while the hotel isn't in a great location for walking and sightseeing they do have a free shuttle to take you downtown and bring you back. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are top notch. I left my sunglasses behind after our first stay but they found them and kept them until I returned later. They even dropped us off at the train station when it was time for us to leave. The only concern I have is if you book the shuttle for airport pickup. They clearly state no cancellations within 24 hrs. However, our flight was delayed and because we couldn't be there at the original time they considered that a cancellation and we forfeighted our fee. I think this is a language translation issue and they should clarify to say "no cancellations or delays within 24 hrs". With airlines being so unpredictable these days I would not use the shuttle and just use a taxi instead.

Beautiful new building, large bedrooms, great find dining. The downside is where the property sits. Although relatively close to the airport, it is in a rundown industrial section with a bizarre market tucked in behind.

The hotel itself was amazing. Luxurious and modern. Staff was so accommodating. Food was excellent during room service. The area if town around the hotel was questionable. Dirty, with lots of trash littering the streets. Felt very uncomfortable. Even our cab driver that brought us from the car rental to the hotel said to not walk out at night.

This hotel is amazing. Perfectly clean. Best pillows on our whole trip! There really isn't much in the neighborhood. You need to taxi or shuttle to other areas. It is close to the airport, so perfect.

This property is truly a treasure! It is new and has all the latest and greatest amenities, for the business traveler or anyone looking to be close to the airport. The spa was extremely relaxing and their service managers were easy to communicate with, great at follow-up, patient and flexible with our changing plans. The breakfast was not to be missed, with special typical Neapolitan options as well as your typical European breakfast spread. What made this hotel even more special is the view!!! We arrived late at night and did not even notice the incredible views of Mt. Vesuvius, but boy were we surprised to watch the sun come up over the inactive volcano. Parking was easy, in a lot just down the street. We walked to some restaurants close by as well. Others may note that the location is not ideal, but I disagree! Between the close proximity to the airport, convenient parking, and that stunning morning view I think the location is perfect and can see exactly why the owners chose this location. This place is uber luxurious, for anyone who is looking for a top-notch 4-star (not sure why it is not 5 stars!) experience. I would recommend this hotel over any other that may be more "walkable" since you can easily grab a taxi to the city's main attractions or even take a brisk walk to the piazza's - do not let the perceived lack of walkability derail you from this gem!

The hotel was first class. Excellent value for the money. Restaurant was large, spacious with views of the city. Dining was superb with a wonderful selection and well prepared food. Sort distance from and to the airport. Flight arrived at airport 7:00 pm. It took about 1/2 hour for taxi to get to the hotel. Departing flight was at 6:00 am. It took taxi 10 minutes to get to the airport. A lot of traffic congestion during the day and evening. Paid a flat rate for our taxi rides. We were not charged by the meter.

I gave my feedback to hotel front desk . It was very dissapointing . If General Manager would like to reach out to me it is fine. I just dont want to embarrass them here with what happened during our stay ... Manager did not even bother calling to solve our problem .Great looking hotel with very poor service.

Good place to stay for an early flight.
Gold Tower Hotel was like an Oasis in the midst of the very dirty city of Napoli. Brand new, very clean, and modern! We chose this hotel to stay for only one night, because of the good reviews and the closeness to the airport.
