PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON ALL AROUND THE COMPLEX. THE PRICE IS REDUCED TO REFLECT THAT *WALK TO THE BEACH AND RESTAURANTS* BAY VIEWS* Recently renovated 1 bedroom condo with a queen pullout sofa bed, full kitchen, in unit laundry, shiplap in the bathroom, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, and dishwasher, hair dryers. Rooftop pool and hot tub with bay views. Walk less than a block to Vanderbilt Beach and Ritz Carlton! Less than 2 miles to Mercato and Whole Foods. Sorry NO PETS! Both TVs on the unit are smart TVs. There is Hulu account for the unit that has live TV. You can log into other streamed services from your own accounts such as Netflix and prime. Wi-Fi throughout the unit. Everything you need for the beach is waiting for your arrival- chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers, and noodles are all here!

Very nice condo, newer furnishings, lots of nice touches with extra amenities (cooler, beach chairs, extra pots / pans, etc). Very nice and engaged owner. Once the very, very significant construction of 3 mid-rise towers that surrounds this building is completed it will allow for an even better stay.

Vanderbilt Beach

We love the beach! The most important thing to us was that the beach was a short walk away, and it was. Vanderbilt beach was beautiful, clean and refreshing. We also visited other beaches in the area that were a short drive away. All were nice and worth the visit. Everything was as described. The condo was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Instructions for entry and exit were easy to follow. Diana was responsive and very helpful with recommendations for dining and things to do. We were totally satisfied with our saty and experience. We strongly recommend this property and will return ourselves.Thank you, Diana!

Very Clean & Great Location

Property is very clean. It was a quick walk to the beach. Also, parking is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Communication was great. We had everything we needed. Would love to stay here in the future.

Location, location, location!!

We enjoyed our stay at Diana's condo. It is as described on the website; newly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, ample linens and blankets, beach chairs, and a well-supplied kitchen. The rooftop pool is heated and private. Best location for walking to Vanderbilt beach to watch the sunset each night!

Cozy Comfortable Condo

We stayed two weeks at Diana's lovely condo. It is in the perfect location for spending time at the beach and taking long walks in the neighborhood. We loved the nearby shops and restaurants. Some were in walking distance. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Despite the noisy construction, we were still able to enjoy time on the nice balcony. Diana was a pleasure to work with and was readily available if we had any questions.

Beautifully decorated

Great condo, clean and nicely decorated. Well equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. Even beach chairs, umbrella and pool floats. A lot of construction going on in the area as described but it did not prevent us from having a wonderful vacation. Thanks to Dianna for making our stay so easy.

Condo near the beach

Loved that it was so close to Vanderbilt Beach! Simple, but efficient condo. Downside was the construction all around, especially the foul smelling water being pumped from the construction site. Otherwise location was great and the price reasonable.

The perfect place to stay

My wife and I recently spent 10 nights at this property and absolutely loved it. Diana, the property owner, was wonderful in providing with restaurant recommendations, bikes, and checked up to make sure everything was up to par during our stay. We found the unit was as advertised: VERY close to Vanderbilt Beach, local shopping and entertainment, and all of Naples. We especially liked the abundant options the location offered us to simply go out and have enjoyable walks. The unit was also very clean, updated, well appointed, and comfortable. We will definitely look into staying here the next time we are in the area.
