NOTE: NEW IN-GROUND HEATED POOL!!! Now that we’ve caught your attention with our charming home; look no further. Between the lovely coastal décor and the open floor concept, you have found a home away from home here in scenic Naples, FL. This beautifully renovated home is perfect for any length of stay; a weekend, a week or a month. You will enjoy the open floor concept of the kitchen, living room and dining room; all overlooking the backyard through the retractable sliding glass doors into the crystal blue heated / inground pool. The heart of this home is the kitchen and its eat- in island; surrounded by the high end stainless steel appliances including a beverage cooler. The covered patio sits just outside of the kitchen / dining area and is the perfect place to sit back and relax; either to start your day with your cup of coffee/tea or to finish out your day with a night cap (or two). The spacious master bedroom boasts a king size bed, large walk-in closet and a gorgeous en suite bath/shower; all overseeing the private backyard / pool from another set of sliding glass doors, also retractable. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and large closet and the third bedroom has two twin beds; another closet as well. The home's main bathroom sits in between both of these two bedrooms and has a tub. We proudly provide a fully furnished abode, with bed linens & towels, small kitchen appliances and household items (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.), washer & dryer, BBQ, higher chair and playpen for the kiddos. In addition, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Of course, the home comes with a total of 4 TVs (all 3 bedrooms and the main living area) as well as cable, free wi-fi, etc. If you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, with enough time, we will try our best to accommodate. Located in the heart of Naples Park, you are just a few minutes away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Shore; primarily Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Pass. The windows and walls are very dirty. The window in the master bath does not even close, so we had a lot of bugs (including a cockroach) come in throughout the week. It also got down in the 40s, so it was cold at night since we couldn’t close it. The smoke alarm kept randomly going off in the middle of the night with 3 beeps. The pool is nice though. 1 of the bikes in the garage is useless. Hosts were nice, but just wish it was cleaner and cozier. ##### Maria B. We had issues with our flight and our host was very quick to get back and was very kind. The house was great modern well supplied with every day things. The pool was a wonderful bonus while looking for a vacation home to stay. With the heat it was a relief! Very close to a all the beaches the zoo and tons of places to eat and also grocery stores too. Very clean, updated and spacious. The pool and pool area was a great place to relax and have the kids take a dip. We had an issue with a breaker going out and were able to get ahold of someone right away to help fix it. Would stay there again in the future. ##### Kevin B. The house has everything you need and more like beach gear and bikes. There were a couple small things that need fixing like the freezer door/ice maker and the trash can drawer but we made it work.
