CONDO BY THE BEACH #2

  • Cet appartement situé au deuxième étage a été rénové et les travaux ont été achevés fin décembre 2018. Le bien est situé du côté ouest du Gulf Shore Boulevard, à proximité de la jetée de Naples (qui doit être reconstruite) et de la plage.

    Cet appartement au deuxième étage (doté d’un ascenseur commun) vous offre toute l’ambiance de vacances typique de la Floride. À un pâté de maisons d’un accès facile à la plage et à un pâté de maisons de superbes boutiques et restaurants.

    La chambre principale est équipée d’un très grand lit, tandis que la deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux extra-longs pouvant également être transformés en très grand lit.

    Le salon est équipé d’un canapé-lit queen de qualité, offrant ainsi davantage d’espace pour une nuit de sommeil confortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples ! Our condo was perfect, within walking distance to the beach ( 2-3 mins ) as was shopping and restaurants. Check in and out went very smooth - Mary is an excellent hostess -! We hope to return in the future :)

This was our 2nd and not last visit to this property. While the building is dated, we love the Naples charm that’s so hard to find. The unit is immaculate, quiet, and comfy. And the location can’t be beat. Thank to the owner for being so accommodating! See you next year!

Thank you so much Mary for sharing your wonderful property with us! The location was top notch, an easy two minute walk to the gorgeous beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. Wonderful beach getaway!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and well-maintained—all the amenities we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The highlight was the short walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. Lovely apartment-perfect location

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

Amazing Naples Weekend!

Can’t say enough about our stay at Mary’s unit. The decor, the comfort, the updates, the cleanliness and the location. Just great being one block from the beach and fighting for a parking spot. Mary was the absolute best host I have ever worked with on any rental platform. Highly recommend!

Mary could not have been a more accommodating or kind host. The location of the condo was outstanding. It was clean, cute and quiet.
