This well designed studio apartment is fully insulated, equipped with a heatpump to cool in summer and warm in winter and positioned in the sought after and quiet suburb of Greenmeadows. Designed to maximize the use of space and a beautifully furnished in a minimalist contemporary style with quality furniture and luxuries. A complete and equipped kitchen allows you to prep and cook all your meals during your stay along with a comfortable queen bed makes for the perfect mix to relax and explore all Hawkes Bay has to offer. The unit has it's own entrance and completely fenced off from the main house on the property, therefor completely private and self-contained. A smart TV and free WIFI is available to enjoy along with a chrome cast to allow you to stream all your subscriptions. The space is cleaned meticulously and disinfected after each stay ensuring the best possible experience for your stay. I needed an affordable place to stay for a few days in the Napier / Taradale area and this unit was perfect, Looks like a converted double garage but it has been done with no expense spared. The studio was the perfect location for us as it was close to where our family live and close to a supermarket. It had everything we needed, is warm and the area is quiet.
