In the heart of Nantucket’s Historic District, this charming two-story, two-bedroom cottage offers a coveted in-town location, just steps from downtown dining, boutiques, the harbor & ferry docks. Thoughtfully updated with new appliances, smart TVs, Alexa, keyless entry, phone charges...it blends classic Nantucket charm with modern ease. Private yard, parking for 2 cars, grill, beach chairs, and family-friendly amenities including a Pack ’n Play and highchair. Comfortably sleeps 4–5 adults.

Only a quick ride from the Hy-Line Cruise terminal (0.9 miles) to the house. From there you're just a short drive to some of the island’s best attractions including Brant Point Lighthouse (America’s second oldest lighthouse; 1.5 miles), Jetties Beach (beloved by young families for the shallow and calm waters of Nantucket Sound; 1.8 miles), Cisco Brewers (one of the island’s coolest outdoor venues featuring a craft brewery, distillery, and winery with live music and surprisingly delicious food trucks; 2.5 miles), 167 Raw (for the island’s most delicious lobster roll; 2.6 miles), Miacomet Golf Course (a Golf Digest award-winning public golf course renowned for its “links-style holes” reminiscent of Scotland; 2.6 miles), and the island’s numerous beautiful south shore beaches such as Surfside Beach (2.7 miles), Ladies Beach (3.6 miles), Miacomet Beach (3.8 miles), Cisco Beach (3.8 miles), Nobadeer Beach (popular drive-on destination; 5.3 miles), and Madaket Beach (famous sunset destination; 6.5 miles). The best VRBO experience

This was truly the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The house has everything you need, is close to town and has a cute homey feel. Jill could not have been kinder letting us arrive early and checking in before our arrival. She was also very quick to respond! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

A perfect week on Nantucket!

We are a family of 4 with a 3.5yo and a 1.5yo and spent a perfect week on Nantucket in late July in this adorable and perfectly appointed cottage. Had everything we needed (high chair, pack and play, beach toys) for our 2 young boys and the master suite was wonderful as well. Ideal location - an easy 10-15 min walk into town, or grab the shuttle right at the end of the block! The check in process was very easy with a keyless code entry, and Jill was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would love to come back again!

Nantucket Friends GetawY

After my husband died a few years ago, my best friend and I wanted to take a girls trip and landed on Nantucket. I discovered this amazing place on VRBO. It could not have been more perfect. We could walk everywhere. The accommodations were ideal for relaxing and cooking in when we chose not to go out. Our hostess Jill was so responsive and kind. The on my way home is immaculate and well appointed. It is a perfect place for two couples or a family. I would love to return.

Long weekend

We loved the ability to rent for a long weekend rather than a full week. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. The master bedroom is particularly lovely - bright and airy. The home is apx 10 minutes from town and an easy bike ride to Nobadeer. Jill was very helpful and responsive. The home is located on a quiet side street but for those with young children, be aware that the street receives a fair amount of traffic (the Wave shuttle barrels down), so some caution is needed for families with young kids. We loved our weekend and the home was a perfect launchpad to explore Nantucket.

The house was perfect for our 2 week stay! It is darling, very clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location- easy walk to town, quick bike ride to Surfside/Nobadeer Beaches and close to bus stops to go any where else. Jill was wonderful and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house!

This is a wonderful house! We had a great stay and Jill was incredibly responsive. It's stocked with everything you need. Easy parking and walk to town. Only thing is that the downstairs bedroom does not have blinds, so if you have young kids who nap/wake-up early plan accordingly.
