Take to the skies and settle in on the 6th floor of a new luxury residence on the banks of the Canal.  
The balcony offers you a panoramic view of the canal and the Rives de Meurthe et l'Est district.  
Facing due east, you will enjoy the sunrise as well as the end of the day sheltered from the sun.  
The apartment is new and perfectly equipped, whether it is the fully integrated kitchen (with a warming drawer), the 4 comfortable armchairs in the living room or the memory foam mattresses in each bedroom.  
And you will benefit from the services of the residence: elevator, a private outdoor parking space (dimensions 5.80M/2.50M) as well as bicycle garages in the basement.  
Nancy city center is a 10-minute walk away.  
At the foot of the residence, the cycle path connects you to the blue route and the Moselle loop. 82 m² apartment on the top floor of a new residence with elevator.  
Entrance with wardrobe.  
Kitchen open to living room and 12 m² balcony.
