« The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we...

« Séjour très agréable dans un établissement offrant une large gamme de services. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien insonorisées. La situation géographique de l'hôtel excentrée est appréciable car le quartier est très calme. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, le centre ville et la vieille ville sont proches, même à pieds, car Tallinn est une ville relativement petite. »

"Désagréable surprise, la piscine et le sauna étaient fermés pour travaux. En remplacement, il nous a été offert l'accès à la piscine du Movenpick (10mn à pied par moins 15°), bien moins luxueuse et surpeuplée. De plus, le bar du 31e étage avec vue sur la ville était fermé au public pour un évènement privé ! Il n'a réouvert que le dimanche à 15h00, heure à laquelle nous devions repartie pour l'aéroport. Donc grosse déception… Appelez l'hôtel avant toute réservation pour savoir si les infrastructures proposées seront bien ouvertes"
