Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance. No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee. Fireplace is not operational. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day. Milepost: 18.30 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Was clean, everything was in good working order, kitchen had everything you would need for meals at home, views of ocean were wonderful and relaxing. We loved the pool for days that we didn't want to swim in the ocean. My teenage sons enjoyed the pool table very much. I would stay at this property again and highly recommend others to as well.
