I found myself able to walk to most of my destinations. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was just right. Unfortunately, there was mold in the room we stayed in and it bothered us while we were sleeping at night. They also have a terrible parking system. If you stay at the hotel from 15:00 to 10:00, you pay 1300 yen, but from 10:00 to 15:00, you have to pay an additional fee of 500 yen per hour. The property is dated. Room is spacious but the washroom is very tiny even for petit ladies. Despite we had a non-smoking room, the room itself still has a faint cigarette smell. The shower head was hard to secure. We appreciate that the room has a kettle. It's within walkable distance of Oasis 21 but quite far from the other shopping areas. We used luggage delivery multiple times throughout out our trip and this is the only hotel that made us buy the luggage cover for 290 yen each.
