Wonderful place!

Balls Deep have several cabins. We stayed in number 3 which was a one bedroom cabin. It was wonderful. Had everything we needed: shower and bath, separate toilet with the cutest wash basin on top: you have to see it: you wash your hands and the water then fills the cistern! The bedroom was huge with heaps of extra bedding and options to have 2 extra separate beds in addition to the king size we used. Plenty of space to unpack too into drawers, cupboards and hanging space There is Apple TV with netflix, you tube and heaps of other channels for free. The kitchen has a gas hotplate and a grill as well as a microwave which doubles as an oven and there is a washing machine and drying racks. These guys have really thought of everything and they are also happy to help you organise trips and help you with meals. Kana and Paul ( the owners) have free cars available but we had rented one so we used our own. If you need anything you can just whatapp them and they answer immediately and come straight away if required to help you. When we return to Hakuba we will definitely be staying at Balls Deep Inn and you should too Happy travels Alison and Glen

Great accommodation with complementary car

We had a great time staying at this accommodation, and having a complementary car was so helpful to access the ski resorts, shops and eating places. The accommodation had lots of room, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. They were also more than happy to pick us up and drop us off at the station at the beginning and end of our stay.
