My room was not 2 queen beds as requested, as it was probably rented by a walk in and given away to another customer as we did not arrive until late, even though we called earlier to warn that we would be arriving late.
Even though I reserved it in January 20 so two months in advance, and on top of that the staff concierge clerk was mean and very rude when I asked him why y’all had given my room away all he said was, I don’t have to let you stay here. And I honestly was very soft-spoken, so I also feel like I have every right to ask why my room is not as I requested without being threatened that I won’t be able to stay put my head on the bed. I’m 54 year old woman and being told that 11 PM was a very rude thing for your employee to do and I will never be staying here again. We stay at Hilton all the time we probably have Hilton point in honors programs. I don’t know I’m not a points person, but I can tell you I’ve stated it dozens and dozens of Hampton Inn and now I might not because your clerk was a jerk , completely rude. I could tell he acted that way because he’s a butt.
