This condo is all on one level and is a spectacular showplace! The living area has a wall mounted 55" HDTV-Smart TV. The unit has been renovated with luxury plank flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, high end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is equipped with a French door refrigerator with ice maker, ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher, smooth cooktop, built-in convection oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig machine and 3 ply stainless steel pots and pans. The convenient center island with granite countertop doubles as kitchen work space, breakfast bar and the dining area that seats 6\. The living area is an open floor plan so that even when you are in the kitchen, you don't miss out on activities in the living area. Bedroom 1 has a wall of floor to ceiling windows to capture the ocean view. Bedroom 2 features a King bed and a bunk bed (2 Singles). Outside on the balcony, you will find a nice sitting area with table and chairs and a "special made" wine cooler table with a lazy susan. Other features include Blu-Ray/DVD Player No Smoking. No Pets. No Golf Carts. There is plenty of parking available. Check-In: Saturday during the Summer. Shorter Stays may be available last minute. Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season. Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total.
