You’ll love my place because of the unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the central location. My place is great for families with kids, large groups, reunions and business travelers. This is a 3 BR/2 BA unit with a king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. We have a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, WIFI and a Flat Screen TVs in each bedroom/living room and a private balcony. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from your master bedroom and the living area in this angled ocean view property. The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as \`The Golden Mile\`, which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Our condominium features three bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a private bath and a king size bed. About the resort: The Resort is located on the beach at 5300 N Ocean Blvd and considered to be one of the best resorts in Myrtle Beach. And the location is perfect--you’re just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. You’re only a 10-minute drive from downtown and 10-15 minutes from everything else in Myrtle Beach. There’s also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17\. The amenities in the resort are great too. There\`s a great gym and a game room plus 2 indoor water parks with tons of things to do as well as 6 outdoor pools, kiddie pools and SPAs, a 170’ Lazy River and a basketball court. It is located in a great part of the northern stretch of Myrtle Beach and most places of interest are within a 10 minute drive which is very convenient. The amenities of the resort are great and we enjoyed all the pools. The condo is a little dated and could use some updates but the pictures are very accurate. It is not brand new but well maintained, updated, clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Having the ice maker was awesome and the pantry was very handy. The washer/dryer was invaluable. We used it much more than anticipated. I would suggest bringing kitchen trash bags. We did not have nearly enough of those. Just a miscalculation on our part. It’s a very short trip to Walmart for anything you may need though. The amenities at the resort are great! My grandchildren were well pleased. We loved having the game room, waterparks, lazy rivers and pools. Every member of the staff we met was so nice and helpful. Will visit again! ##### Becky M. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were a few slight odd things in the kitchen, like the microwave door not being able to open fully, the wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher were missing and one of the cabinet doors couldn't open all the way due to the oven sticking out. The washing machine is a stacking front loader and the rubber gasket was moldy. This was a great place to stay with children. The indoor pool area with multiple hot tubs, slides and the lazy river were great. The condo is within an easy walk to the beach. We loved our trip and look forward to going back! ##### Meghan K. Owner knew fridge wasn’t working and didn’t disclose it. We went 3 days without refrigeration. Furniture is cheap junk as are the beds. Good luck. ##### ron b. Sep 11, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great place to stay for families with kids I was hesitant to book this place, due to low number of reviews, but the chance more than paid off. We took two young children and two teenagers with us, and everyone agreed that our experience was wonderful! The weather was forecasted to be poor (which it wasnt--we got lucky) but HAD it been, there were plenty of indoor pool areas for the kids to be fully entertained. The room itself was clean and well stocked. Check in/check out was very easy. There are even activities for the kids to do every day (run by the condo). Outdoor chess and checkers, 4 slides, 2 lazy rivers, poolside bar, poolside Italian ice stand, volleyball, basketball, tennis court (you can borrow equipment from the front desk), ping pong tables, pool tables, etc. We had absolutely no issues at all. This wouldn't be my #1 choice for a romantic getaway (because let's face it--the place is totally flooded with excited, loud children--as it should be) but for families with kids--it's a fantastic option. ##### Christopher K.
