DETAILS: Spoil yourself in this newly renovated home with great ocean views. This home offers 8 Bedrooms and 8.5 baths plus private pool with hot tub, sunning deck and outdoor grilling and entertaining area with a fire pit. The pool/hot tub can be heated for an additional fee but will only get between 84 to 87 degrees. This is the perfect place for your family and friends! The home also offers living room newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with extra refrigeration and ice makers dining room downstairs den and playroom; expansive screened and open porches with rockers, observation deck which gives you unbelievable views of the ocean; 2 master suites with whirlpool tubs, elevator gas fireplace, wet bar with ice maker and high-speed internet access. NO SMOKING. There is a $1500 surcharge to heat the pool/hot tub, and when heated it will reach between 84-87 degrees. Please give a 48-hour notice if you would like to heat the pool/hot tub. Rental agency was so responsive and willing to answer all our questions. Only issue we had was with the cleanliness of the property - lots of cobwebs on the furniture and dishes that had been put up in cabinets had food particles. My family kept congratulating me on such a great find. The rooms were all very large and each with their own bathrooms. The third floor room was so adorable and cozy with its private access to the widows watch - perfect for morning yoga. And the porches all around the house allowed a peaceful view of the neighborhood. Super easy access to the beach. We had 16 people and were all very comfortable, Great looking pool and hot tub, though we were there in the winter and didn't take advantage of it.
