Beautiful, open floor plan with high ceilings and abundant natural light and a spacious, welcoming atmosphere. 2 bedroom , 2 bath with screened porch. There’s a resident pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. Walking trails and picnic areas. You\`re just moments away from the gorgeous beach, shopping, restaurants, golf, hospitals, and the Myrtle Beach Airport. Convenience and accessibility are at your doorstep, ensuring you have all the essentials right at hand. The moment you stepped through the doors of this condo you feel like home. Open floor plan and lots of space. Corner unit with vaulted ceiling and plenty of natural light. Full kitchen with all the gadgets and supplies you need. A Keurig coffee machine (I supply pods, sugar and Splenda). A toaster, a blender, a mixer and plenty more are all supplied. Cute dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and private full bath. I supply all your fresh linens and towels. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed with dresser and bathroom near the room with access to the living room. The most comfortable Living room with a big poofy Lazy boy couch and smart TV with all your channels and options for streaming. Right by the living room is the carpeted, screened Balcony with table and chairs to sit back, relax and watch the birds as you sip your morning coffee. The whole condo is fresh and inviting. Close to World Tour Golf, the Tanger Outlets and plenty of shopping, restaurants and fitness centers. You’re a quick 12 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes from the Skywheel. Everything is close and accessible. The neighborhood is beautiful. Lots of ponds full of ducks, turtles and fish. Walking trails, a pool and hot tub and plenty of beautiful manicured lawns and sunshine. Great place for families, golfers, summertime, getaways, and snowbirds. Free parking right in front of condo. Age restriction’s: I do not have an age restriction. I take great care of every property I manage. I am often at the condos checking on supplies, cleanliness, and Esthetics.
