The housekeeping was lacking when we arrived. Tubs, sinks were dirty, trash was full. The halls and elevators smelled like raw sewer. There was damage to items in the condo, lots of burn holes in blankets, carpet, chairs. The Front desk was a whole hot mess in itself. We arrived at 4:28 pm and the 1st guy couldn’t find the keys. The Lady who was in a very loud and foul mood said well that’s because we were told to pull the reservation because they weren’t there at 4 pm. (This reservation was already paid in full) and it was only 28 mins after check in. Then they give us arm band and tell us that to enjoy the pool. Without telling us that Every pool and amenities were closed for repair. The new owners are making improvements such as new beds and washing machine as advertised. If you are allergic to the allergens in smoke and air fresheners like me. You will be miserable.
