This unit has an oceanfront living room & balcony. This is the only handicap accessible unit in the resort. Other features include 2 queen beds in the bedroom, a kitchen, 2 flat screen TVs, a murphy bed which is full size & wireless internet and offers an array of amenities including in/outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, oceanfront lawn area. Located near the sky wheel, boardwalk, piers, golf. Key Highlights: \*Direct Oceanfront unit \*Indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tub \*Large outdoor pool and sitting area \*2 queen beds and 1 full Murphy bed in the living room \*TVs in all the rooms \*free WIFI \*located right on the beach with no streets to cross for beach access \*fully stocked kitchen with all the tools needed to cook all meals \*1 parking spot The rent includes a fully equipped kitchen, free Internet, linens and towels, the use of all resort amenities and 1 free parking spot. About the condo: This unit is a large 1bedroom/1bathroom with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a double Murphy bed in the large oceanfront living room, a direct oceanfront balcony off the living room with spectacular views of the Atlantic, a fully stocked kitchen, a TV in the bedroom and a flatscreen Smart TV in the living room. About the resort: The Boardwalk resort is located on the beach at 2300 North Ocean Blvd at 23th Ave North and considered to be one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach - you’re just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. You’re only 7 blocks to Broadway at the Beach, where you can find many restaurants, magi-quest, the aquarium, IMAX theatre, palace theatre , hard rock cafe , retail shops and much more . It is located 4 blocks to the convention center and a few blocks to the boardwalk. There’s also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17. You must be 25 years old to rent this unit. This is a non-smoking building and you will be charged a $250 fine if you smoke in the unit or on the balcony. All the onsite amenities are available to our guests. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1\. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2\. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3\. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time. 4\. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit. 5\. The complex seemed well kept from the outside. The room was clean and was great for a long weekend. The view of the ocean from our balcony was wonderful. Our adolescent son generally used only the outdoor pools, which were great after they were cleaned on the second day we were there. The only suggestion would be to have better property management/on-site support to ensure pool users are actually staying there. Myrtle Beach is a wonderful place for families. ##### Heather P. The building was clean, quiet, and the elevators were quick. We enjoyed the lawn area with the many lounge chairs and tables under the trees. The unit was VERY clean when we arrived and was well stocked with everything we needed. Dealing with Rufia, the owner, was excellent. She replied very quickly to the questions we had and had her handyman come by right away to make a small repair that was needed. On a positive note the condo was as described and was equipped and furnished exactly as described and we expected. The location is perfect… it’s very conveniently located within a 15-20 minute walk to the Boardwalk via street or beach and it’s also within a 10 minutes to buy any necessities and a decent selection of restaurants and grocery stores, several mini putts and souvenir shops. The condo pools and grounds were maintained daily and were very well cleaned and manicured. Everyday we would see staff attending the pools and hot tubs which was very refreshing!! The only two things that were only a little annoying to us but maybe more annoying to another renter is that the beds are in need of updating they were not comfortable and you see the coils through the sheets. I need to mention that the bed linens were clean and the pillows were very comfortable!! Also when the remnants of Hurricane Helene barreling through there was about a 4 inch piece of caulking missing around the air conditioner in our unit which normally wouldn’t be a big deal or even noticed but with the wind force had rain seeping through the crack which we easily contained by using towels (we only had so many towels supplied to us for the week). We contacted the owner immediately and we were disappointed that they didn’t respond to us until the following morning. If we hadn’t been there to stay on top of the leak the water would’ve been all over the floor and carpet. Also we saw “non guests” on the premises. ##### Sharon E. There were a few downsides but we didn't let that effect us. The room furniture was very dirty and not as pictured. The pull sofa bed was broken and unusable. We were unable to use the lazy river all week due to it being dirty. They finally cleaned it our last day there. Booo! The view from the room is SPECTACULAR. Stayed with our family over Memorial Day weekend, but did not realize it was bike week. It was a little noisier than expected. The pools did close at 9pm. The pools were a little dirty due to all the kids getting in with sand on them. Everyone was nice and my step kids played with the other kids.
