This suite is just steps from the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and a short distance from the Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. It's a quick drive to attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping spots are easily accessible. This suite has a private king bedroom and a second bedroom with two queen beds and its own full bathroom. It offers direct oceanfront views! Linens are provided for all beds, including the master, two queens, and sleeper sofa, as well as towels and washcloths. Complimentary WiFi access is available, and free parking is provided.

You can choose between Uber, car rental, or bringing your own vehicle as transportation options.

This condominium unit is privately owned and is not a hotel room, so we kindly ask you to treat it as you would your own home.  
  
Access to the unit is managed by a code lock. This means that you won't have to check in at the front desk. You will receive the access code on the day of your arrival in the welcome email. Say goodbye to waiting in long check-in lines!

This place is described as “newly renovated” and it is FAR from it! It is used and abused and nobody has renovated any of it. It’s not worth the $$! Cabinets falling apart, paint peeling off the walls, the couch is literally falling apart and broken bed springs.

#### LOWER all your expectations with this one!

As of July 8th, 2024- the condo has NOT been “Newly Renovated”. The pictures of the posting may show some small tears and scuffs on the walls and furniture, (which would have been fine) but that was NOT the case. The listing is completely misleading. The living room furniture is absolutely disgusting! A “newly renovated” condo should not have: ⁃ Filthy baseboards ⁃ Dust and sand everywhere! ⁃ Mirrors uncleaned with smears. ⁃ Massive scuffed walls behind furniture. ⁃ Stained floors from rusted bed rails. ⁃ Rusted light fixtures. ⁃ Lamps that do not work. ⁃ Paper thin bed spreads with stains on them ⁃ Dirty floors that stain your feet black. We documented all above complaints as the owwner asked in the contract. The owner did reply promptly and nicely to the cleaning request. The owner had a cleaning crew come back a second time within a couple hours of our stay to do a second clean. Even after the second clean there were still sand and dirt on the floors and my toddlers feet were stained black within one hour of walking on the floors barefoot. The owner replied to me: “ We apologize you feel this way. I will forward this to our team. Unfortunately no refund for the wear and tear in the room. And I see cleaning came back last night to redo the floors.” What I recommend to the owner is: use one weeks worth of money that your renters pay to stay here and at least do a deep clean, paint the walls and replace the living room furniture!

This was the most beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach. On site staff were very helpful. Actual location was clean and made me not want to leave. We will definitely be back!!!

This was a great last minute find for us, the condo is right off the beach with ocean views. They also have a nice indoor outdoor pool area with jacuzzi’s and a small lazy river which our kids loved. The check in and out instructions are a little overwhelming maybe just send one email with bullet points. Other than that highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay here the check in went smoothly it's so nice to just go in and not checking in at desk. The views are amazing and the condo very spacious. Loved having washer and dryer in condo. Loved that there was no carpet...the condo needs some renovations to the walls and some rips on furniture and scuffed walls and 2 of the 3 TV remotes didn't work so that was not good. But overall it was very comfortable will be returning soon hopefully

Overall the location was perfect, everything is right there. The resort is one of the nicer ones and it was kept up well. As for the condo, the pictures are much nicer and I’m sure it looked that way when they first purchased the condo but the condo needs some love and many things need to fixed or replaced. Walls need to be touched up and the couch was peeling because of the leather. Just minor things like that stuck out to me. I am a person who is particular when it comes to things like that but if that is something you don’t mind then you will enjoy it. I would go back to the resort but I would get something bigger we had our two boys and baby so it felt tight for us.

Overall not a very clean place. Dust all over the ceiling and a good bit of visible mold. Beds are terrible, you can feel every spring in the bed and every time you turn over it makes a bunch of noise. The building maintenance is not great either. The elevators smell awful. Could’ve stayed in a 2 star hotel for a lot less and gotten a better experience.

#### Wonderful Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and would return. It was easy to communicate with the owner, and check in was a breeze. The pictures are as advertised. The unit was clean, nice layout for families, cold AC. Great views from the 2 private balconies. We appreciated the large TV’s for each room. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom. The location is nice and convenient, we were able to walk to the 2nd Ave Pier and walk the boardwalk (15 minutes) to restaurants and shopping in the entertainment area. Our kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Lots of families, but not too crowded. The Beach is great. Lots of families enjoying the ocean swimming. The beach has a gradual sandy drop off and a great surf. Worth purchasing a couple boogie boards for the kids. The beach and property felt safe regardless of the time of day. We appreciated seeing the private security at night. What you see is what you get with this VRBO. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Oceans One again.

Not clean at all fridge was broken trash in bathrooms had to use the only towels to clean up water from the leaking fridge so had to wash them before showering then people smoking out front and at the pool! Pool area was disgusting green algae and the roof had holes in it and birds crapping in the pool and that’s the indoor pool! They came in are room without us knowing and when they left they didn’t shut the door all the way so anyone could have went in there will not stay there again! The view was good and the beach was great and local shops was great but the place was not will not stay in that resort again!
