Sunrise

Great layout with the bedroom in the back of the unit made for unbelievable sunrises. Great location, close proximity to the piers and boardwalk. Also plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Just a few things that weren’t to our liking. First: I don’t know if whoever stayed before us vomited in the bathroom sink or what. But what looked like vomit, was back flowing up in the sink as I was washing my face. Whoever cleans needs to draino the tub and sink before renting to the next guest. Second: the refrigerator froze all our food SOLID and smelled like seafood. We couldn’t figure out what setting was good for our food (it was set below 1 with 5 being the coldest) and we were unable to locate the smell. The ice even smelled fishy. Third: the amount of flyers they force in your door is insane! That definitely needs to stop. Fourth: not an issue but I’m genuinely curious. Why do we pay a no refundable clean up fee when WE/THE GUEST have to make sure Everything is clean and put away before we check out? I get some guest can be bad but we literally left nothing to clean but the tub/sink, bed linen and to sweep the floor (bc of sand). Other than those things, the room was great! Great location and pretty cozy. Oh..! And the WiFi isn’t really good. My service was better not being connected to it.

The room was OK.

My overall impression was that the room is under furnished with furniture. The closets could use luggage racks. A table with chairs instead of stools would be better for comfortability for eating. The entrance room needs more lighting.The photos of the kichen show a coffee maker with a carafe however it was found to be a Keurig. I could have brought my own coffee pods from home had I known differently. The bedroom was okay. The king bed mattress seemed cheap, not one of the best. We had to carry furniture from the entrance room to the bedroom to have a place to sit our electronics and a place to set the luggage. The room is located across from elevator doors. Noisy at times. Heavy travel outside the room. You have to constantly remind yourself to lock the door after entering the room because there's no auto lock. I have stayed in worse and I've stayed in better. I rate this property a rating a 3.
