Hotel charges daily parking fee. Parking is very limited. Only 4 floors of parking for a 9 story building. The day of check out (which is at 11am), 2 housekeeping came in to check if we were gone. One came in at 9:50am and the other one at around 10:15am. Room was clean but the bed's headboard was dirty.

Its a older Hotel But in good shape for its age. The parking garage is in the center and the walls are thin constant car alarms loud voices horns and loud music. They use the excuse of covid to not clean your room.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, room and bathroom could have been bigger.... Small, but was clean. My main issue was no parking. They really need to monitor their parking area for customers who pay for parking. Clean rooms, and took action when there was a problem.. Thanks.

Probably the worst hotel where I have stayed in my life. So dirty. Smelled like pot everywhere. Rooms and common areas were way below standards.

The property was under construction so some of the amenities were not accessible but the areas used were dirty and not kept up. The pool are was clean but over crowded. The room was clean but the sheets were dirty. Overall the hotel was ok but I wouldn’t go back.

The person at guest services lacked a lot of knowledge about the property as a whole, the sheets were dingy. Broken glass every where in the parking garage. LOUD uncontrollable guests!

I loved the resort except the bowling alley won’t be available until next year. The property is being renovated and a lot of upgrades are needed especially to the elevator. The elevator was the worst experience. It is way to slow for guest with children who are anxious. Using the stairs was an inconvience. I feel like I got the best room and view and for that I’m grateful! Great and helpful staff. The breakfast and the restaurant was great. The pools could have been cleaner but there were a lot of unruly guest who had no respect for the property. It was to many people and the weather didn’t permit us to fully enjoy our experience but we will return.

There are so many fire hazards here. It smelled like marijuana the entire time we were there when it clearly states “no smoking on the property”. It was dirty, rooms and the grounds. Food laying on the floors in the pool areas, dirty plate under the sink in our room, bedding dirty, curtains handing off the rod, etc… Kids running down the halls in the middle of the night with the parents hollering at them. Would not recommend this property and we definitely will not ever be staying at this one again.

Your hotel needed remodeled, it was dirty, old, didn't smell very good. Parking garage always had shady people hanging out in it, your price was way too high for a place Soo rundown.

The resort had just delt with a large fire only hours before we arrived. When we got there fire department was blocking off the road to the hotel. When we spoke with a hotel official they said they were relocating everyone. This almost ruined our vacation But... The hotel stepped up, found us different accomodations and we couldn't have had a better vacation. I was so impressed with how the hotel handled this catastrophe. We will definitely come back, and I hope captains quarters rebuilds bigger and better. My only critique of the hotel would be they need better communication. Even if it would have been a Twitter post or a FB post, something to keep everyone in the loop. But honestly that's just not picking.

This is a great stay for families with young kids. They make sure each day there is something fun for the kids like a pirate show or fire dancers at night. They do a wonderful job maintaining the grounds. Truthfully it’s the guests that make a mess of things during the day. The rooms can use a deep clean. The wall surfaces had built up dirt from handprints that have built up over time. Other than that it was nice.

Stayed 3 nights 4 days. I planned this as a fun trip for my grandkids. It was fun for the kids, but if you do not have kids with you ...choose a differerent location. Definitely not worth the money. The Oceanview efficiency for 4, yes it had sleep area but we felt like sardines packed in a can. Room was small

Nastazia at the front lobby is amazing!! Professional and welcoming! The building is in need of maintenance and upgrade. The beach area and pool area are great. Breakfast on 9th floor is very good! The best sausage links, ever and a beautiful view of the ocean!!! The bathroom is very narrow/small and the door won't close all the way. Extremely uncomfortable pull-out couch!! Not the worst, but certainly not worth the asking price!
