  • Cape Coddages I in Surfside Beach is one of the most desirable complexes on the south end of the Grand Strand. Delight your senses from the oceanfront first floor corner balcony in #101. Watch sunrises and the little ones in the pool, smell the salty air, hear the waves crashing right from the convenience of your rocking chair! WIFI. Fireplace is not operational. No smoking or pets allowed.

    Cape Coddages I is located 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This unique oceanfront complex offers varying types of units ranging from two-bedroom flats to three-bedroom townhomes. Fix your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the oceanside outdoor pool from Easter – October 1. There is no elevator at Cape Coddages I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit with one being an assigned parking space. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.
