There's an elevator for those unable to navigate stairs from the ground to the first level. Enjoy your coffee or relax after a day on the beach by your private pool or on your screen porch or on your sundeck! Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

The house is very nice and big. The screened in deck makes things very nice. The pool is too small for 14 people.

August vacation

It was a good location for a non beachfront house. One block to the beach. Unfortunately, our stay was during the Tropical storm Debby and it rained off and on most of the week but we made the most of it!

Golf and good food

Got to check in early. Bonus!! Has everything we need 2 years in a row. Pool was great. Convenient to many golf courses. We have a friend who lives to cook and this place allows for that. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Surfside Beach is much quieter than myrtle. Highly recommend.

It was in a great location and the Dunes staff was very professional.

I enjoyed my stay. I thought it could have been a little cleaner. A lot of dust everywhere but I understand this is a vacation rental and not my home

The house was fantastic. Fully equipped and very close to the beach. Only a couple of suggestions. 1. Either supply or mention the need for dish soap and dishwasher detergent. 2. The dryer either should be replaced or have the vent looked at. It takes a lot longer to dry clothes than it should. I would also like to say kudos to Dunes realty. The AC went out and they came out very quickly to take a look. While they couldn’t fix it the company that did fix it also came out very quickly and had it working again within a few hours between the call from is to being repaired.

Guys trip

We golf and eat. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would have liked a gas grill but we brought our own. Plenty of seating In the family room. Pool was great. Very short walk to the beach. We’ll be back.

Great location, one block from the beach with beach entrance.

Great location, kitchen had all the tools we needed. More dish towels would be helpful. Nice deck. Loved kitchen table for big group. Nice deck off bedrooms. Pool nicely maintained. A gas grill would be helpful.
