My grievance is with the cost of the room. The rooms are tiny, the beds are very tiny and have rock hard mattresses and the shower is really really tiny. It definitely was absolutely not worth how much I paid for this room. What kept me from rating this hotel lower was the staff. The staff here is very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Everyone we interacted with was so nice. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Way better than any other continental breakfast I've ever had. If the rooms were bigger, or the price for the small room was lower, then this would have been a great experience. But everything was just so small that it was hard for me to get comfortable. I understand Asian men are smaller than American men, but even with my head touching the headboard, my feet were still hanging off of the end of the bed. The beds were just too dang small. And since the rooms are so small, that's probably all they can fit in them."
