I know what they did, it was a high demand weekend, and so they sold our booking to higher paid customer. They moved us to “ up grade “ facility. Wrong again. Got moved to older facility and further away from our event center. Summary, we only for one night for 2 night’s booking. EXPEDIA PLEASE call me.
