« En arrivant j'ai eu droit ,à la plus mauvaise chambre de l'hôtel. Vue sur un parking couvert. Le receptionniste me dit que l'hôtel est complet.
Dans la chambre ,je me connecte sur H com
Et plein de chambre libre .
Je retourne à la reception .et echange tendu avec même personne.. pas très honnete .
Chambre donnant sur le lac ,et je propose de payer le supplement pour avoir une chambre correcte .
Conclusions :jai l'impression que les clients de H.com sont mal traitè dans cet hotel.
