Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. "A night on Lake Como…what more could you ask for? The staff was friendly. The area was gorgeous. Parking right there. We had a great dinner and wonderful breakfast brought right to our room. The room was small, but with a balcony right on the lake, it didn’t matter. A wonderful, wonderful place with great people working there! "

The staff js friendly and make your stay memorable. The rooms are big and comfortable and brand new. We stayed for our honeymoon and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Villa Lario for making our honeymoon the best moment ever. They even plan a romantic night for us. "

"Albergo Sala was a unique experience in the small village of Valbrona. It was quiet and not much to do but that's what we were looking for. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the food was wonderful. The inn is historic and has been in the family for a few hundred years! As it is off the beaten track it is advisable to have a car as public transport is infrequent and challenging and taxi service is quite expensive. Aside from that it was a great place to stay a few days."
