« This was a beautiful new log house across the street from a spacious park and across the street from the Wisconsin River. It’d be a great staging spot for starting or ending a canoe/kayak trip on the river. The house is essentially new construction and made (entirely) of pine. The smell is fantastic. The check-in process was easy and the property manager made sure to let us know they were available if we had any needs. We enjoyed our stay. Just wish we could have adjusted our schedule to stay...

« This was an awesome little place where the river was so close that we could touch it. Lots of wildlife, including the resident beaver, muskrat, very tame groundhogs that I was able to pet and many song birds. In addition, the hosts were very friendly and the beautiful flower and local cheese waiting for us was a special touch. Loved it. »

« Nicely appointed, 2 story, 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom home located on a dirt, wooded road. The property is in great condition and very clean. Everything you need is assessible. Washer dryer, dish washer, full kitchen, living area, dining table and chairs downstairs, with wet bar, large couch, large tv, and wine fridge upstairs. 20 minutes to Spring Green. Plenty of parking. Short drive to Mescoda for dinner and to House on the Rock golf! »

« Our stay on the property was amazing. The house was lovely, had tons of natural light and wonderfully decorated. We loved walking the trail and going through the library. We stayed in mid-May & the weather was moody, thankfully there were fun puzzles and games to occupy those rainy portions of the day. There was plenty of space available for storing luggage. « Awesome cabin and well appointed. With rentals these days many have cheap sheets, little to no kitchen items and zero amenities. This cabin has everything you need including a coffee grinder. The screened porch makes all the difference with bug season and there's plenty of space to hang out. »

« The house itself is so cool and unique- really beautiful! I also so much appreciate that the beds are comfy, nice quality sheets and pillows, and nice fluffy bath towels. Sometimes rental owners skimp on those- not here. Also had a little snafu with the house- nobody’s fault- and the owners were so kind and responsive to my needs. They are wonderful and attentive people and truly care that their guests have an amazing experience. »

« This property did not disappoint. Every morning we met on the 2nd floor wrap around porch for coffee with binoculars and were dazzled by bird calls from warblers and vireo. During the days, we took short drives to Gov. Dodge, House, Tallesin, and the Wisconsin River towns. Every evening we gathered on the lower porch for a fire ring with drinks and dinner. Enough room on both levels for different activities including streaming entertainment and meditation. Groceries close by and some restaurants...
