It is fenced and just 6.5 miles from Lake Greeson, 2.5 miles from Crater of Diamonds State Park and minutes from boutiques and restaurants. Sip coffee in the mornings on the back covered patio while watching your morning television outdoors. The front porch with two porch swings and a picket fence is a perfect place for enjoying an afternoon. So much detail put in to making the home comfortable and welcoming! We were in town to visit the Crater of Diamonds and it was just a short less than 10 minute drive from the home. Neighborhood feels very safe. This was a fantastic property. It is an older home that has been beautifully renovated. Amenities include: skycurve swing in the back yard, fire pit, 2 porch swings, oversized range, extra deep kitchen sink, 2 king beds and 2 twin beds, outdoor T.V and covered patio, and all kitchen equipment and dishes. They also had extras like lighter fluid, coffee, laundry machines +and some detergent) , and some seasonings, so check all the cabinets before going to the store. The property is beautifully and creatively decorated. There were stuffed pumpkins on the beds and my 6 year old had fun gathering up all the pumpkins and pillows to jump on. This turned out to be one of the things she enjoyed mist about the property as well as the swing. There was an email sent with specific instructions on how to clean up for the check-out. Watch for that because we didn't see it until after we left. Great job to the owner/operater! ##### Jennifer D.
