Close to train station, but very quiet (5th floor room). Clean nice room. Very nice breakfast spread. Very convenient for walking into the old town, museums, restaurants, sights. Staff was very helpful.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. I made good use of the gym spa. It is near the central station which is convenient and has a car park at the back. The old town is about a 5-10 minute walk away and is very pretty. Overall, I would stay here again.

Overrated hotel that does not give discount

I wanted a good 2 person room. I got a 1 person room with a two person bed. The assumption that you get a discount is deceiving. The parking is expensive and very small. The restaurant is good, very exclusive but desert is overrated. The neighbourhood is scaffy and the front is noisy, where the back is a open building place. The personal is helpfully and nice.

Room for improvement.

Nice hotel with central location. I booked the hotel for two nights because they have charging for EV. Problem was that it was out of order. Very inconvenient. And the wifi was very poor, close to non-existing. Nice restaurant though and comfortable rooms.

Moving to Germany.

The place looks really good when you walk in. A great first impression. However, here are the issues: 1. The room air conditioner, as advertised, did not work at all. We aske for the AC to be fixed, and their answer basically was, "we fix when we can". 2. The toilet smelled horrible. No matter how many times they did clean the toilet, there is a horrible smell that came out of it. 3. The front desk staff was not very nice. Perhaps, because of the culture or language barrier, but still, they were not nice. 4. One day, I was sitting at the library, and one of the staff members came in and offered me coffee. I thought to myself, ok, they are being nicer. Nope, they brought coffee alright, bot charged me for it....For me there was no indication that there was a price, until she asked for the money. 5. I do have to say that the room service people were super nice.

Little gem in the heart of Münster

A beautifully styled hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and relaxed restaurant and bar. Great breakfast with a large choice including plenty of gluten free options. Just make sure you check out the pillow menu for the best night's sleep!

The bathroom smelled a lot like mold in the bathroom. After opening windows it got better it seemed along time closed. The breakfast was not bad but if I have to pay 23 €by person and than wait before it's my turn to get a coffee out of the machine it's not the best service. Even one machine for the whole breakfast arrea could be some more. The location is central but having a disco behind the hotel with a lot of drunk people during the night is quite noisy. For a cheap hotel it would be ok but not if I pay this price.
