Staff was very helpful! We loved the included free minibar that was replenished daily throughout our stay. We also enjoyed how close the hotel was to the #19 tram stop which takes you right into Marienplatz as well as the underground train system to get throughout Munich and surrounding areas. The breakfast buffet was good value, with lots of options. The only thing we struggled with was the air conditioning, the fan was very low and the room did not get cold. This was ok for late September but may be an issue in the heat of the summer! We would stay here again!

We had some trouble with our a/c the first night, on our second night, Mathias went above and beyond to resolve our problem. Professional and courteous, he very efficiently resolved our issue. We were greeted each night by him when we returned from our day. He made our stay. Salute, to good staff and a nice property. The morning crew was very helpful too.

I had a wonderful stay. The free bar was a great touch, the room was always clean and serviced very well, and the staff was consistently pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The only minor downside was that parking could be a little hectic at times. Other than that, my stay was absolutely fabulous. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Location to tram is great! Hotel is modern and very well kept. Our room was exceptionally warm and they quickly moved us. Pillows aren’t great, only complaint. Would stay there again for sure.

An absolute jewel, great design , great staff. The minibar in the rooms was complimentary which is a nice touch, and the bes was very comfortable. Only about 3 miles from the Munich center, we will definitely be back

Stayed here during Oktoberfest and absolutely loved it. The hotel is fantastic — modern, spotless, and very well run. Even though it’s a bit outside the city center, the location in Bogenhausen is great, with a tram stop literally right in front of the hotel, so getting around is easy and quick. Everything runs like clockwork, and the staff are efficient and friendly. The bar deserves a special shout-out — great atmosphere, excellent drinks, and the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the Wiesn. Loved my stay. Highly recommend the Hyperion Munich!

Nice hotel with updated amenity and decor, convenient to tram stop, friendly staff, food at restaurant is good. Only suggestion to management is to consider changing your pillows - they don’t provide any support regardless how many you stack together. saw others leaving similar feedback.
