The hotel is well placed for transport links, especially with the AirPort Express bus over the road. Staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is perfectly fine with enough options.

The girl on reception from Georgia wbo checked us all in was very friendly and helpful all throughout our stay. All the other staff were also very nice

Good hotel

Stayed over for Germany vs Scotland game. Hotel was more than adequate for our needs. Bar open when we returned from the game, service great and friendly. Breakfast lovely plenty choice.

Convenient to subway to easily take you anywhere in town. Very nice staff. A special shout out to Andreas, who was very helpful providing information/easy directions regarding restaurants within walking distance. He also would contact the locations to make sure they would accommodate our large group of 8 and have table waiting when we arrived!

A little spartan, but overall clean and comfortable for a budget option. Location is not walkable to sights, but very convenient to the metro while the neighborhood is quiet, green, and walkable in its own right.

It was an okay, older hotel. We only booked it for Oktoberfest so we would be away from the city center but have transportation options. The room didn’t have AC but luckily we could open windows. It was fine for our needs.

Not good in warm days

The reception, cleaning and services were great, well located next to Metro/U-Bahn. The air conditioner was not working properly and there is no mini bar/fridge, so consider that when staying there in warmer days.

The only thing that spoiled our stay, was a large (and noisy) group of visitors to the Darts competition taking place over the Easter weekend. The poor Receptionist had a hard time with them. There also a large group of American teenagers on a school trip, and they too were very noisy in the bar area; we had to ask their teachers to intervene (they were sitting there saying nothing!).

Expensive for what I got. Very basic no fridge, one pillow no kettle in the room. No tea or coffee free for guests (only at breakfast) Needs better routine for stocking items for breakfast we had to ask staff almost everyday for more eggs , bacon , milk , plates etc. The lift didn't work for a day or so. Renovations loud and gave a bad overall look. Room was in need of freshening up very dated look and a bit worn.
