I had reserved the hotel for my parents. The feedback received feom them about the hotel was wonderful and they enjoyed the stay. The hotel was a 15 min cab ride feom the airport, located near all basic amenities. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast options were good. The room was spacious and clean. They stayed for 3 nights and would come back again, if they were to visit Mumbai. The customer service team was helpful too and answered all my questions via expedia message prior to their arrival. They also provide airport pick up and drop off service for a fare, which we did not use as we had our own arrangements, but it was good to know.

My stay at Hotel Ashwin was nothing short of fantastic! The room was spacious and clean with a huge window. The complementary breakfast was always delicious and served with so much care. The room service menu was extensive and everything I tried was amazing. The best part of my stay was the team that manages the hotel, everyone is so kind and attentive. Another bonus is it’s located near to the airport. Would definitely look forward to staying here again on my return to Mumbai!

Overall the rooms were nice and clean. Wished they would provide some basics like hand towels. Also, was not sure about the daily room clean up process for multi days stay. Otherwise, the staff were very courteous and helpful.
