Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

#### Reservation not honored

Made a reservation and paid in full in advance and confirmed that I would be arriving very late with the hotel directly. The management confirmed they had my reservation and knew when I would be arriving. When I arrived I was told they had no reservation. I had to find another hotel at 3AM.
