"We found roaches and blood stained sheets! The beds are very uncomfortable! The property needs updating! The best part is the breakfast! They are delicious and the staff welcoming us were amazing. Sometimes, the service was iffy - not even water was given to us ;-(. Roos and wild birds were around the area so if you want that vibe, it’s a good place! But it’s not the resort/spa we were used too! "

"I had a friend stay from Sydney so when looking through where to spend my.money & as swam in pool there so booked Check in was fine. ROOM WAS OLD TIRED & AT $205 a night.RIPPED OFF OVER CHARGED ETC. RIDICULOUSLY DISSSPOINTED "

"Great house for a large group like we had. Nice quiet neighbourhood close to the beach. Beautiful clean house with comfortable beds. Disappointed with the communication about the broken projector. This would have been great to use on the rainy stay that we had. I understand that things break but was disappointed about the lack of communication. The fridge in the barbecue area still needs repair. This temperature is fine for a wine storage fridge but nowhere near cold enough to store drinks. We needed to get ice and eskies. The smart fridge has all the bells and whistles, but the ice and water dispenser are very dodgy. Great pool and outside shower. Excellent for from the kitchen to the dining area and outside BBQ area. Cool games room and party box. More positives than negatives. Great stay."

"Was not a good experience. Under new management. Husband and I both got an electric shock from a light switch, an electrician was called and all light switches changed. A blind cover fell down and hit my daughter on the forehead. Carpets were dirty and smelt like mildew. Blinds all broken. Roof top terrace had heaps of unused/stored furniture. Management were apologetic and a full refund was given, such a waste, has awesome potential. Was the worst place we’ve ever stayed in the Sunny Coast. "
