« Went to the Selkirk Flat Retreat for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was perfect, nice and secluded and quiet. The wood burning stove was a nice way to heat the cabin. Just far enough out of town for seclusion but not too far away for restaurants and excursions. »

« This was an amazing venue for the reunion of two families and the best vacation ever! Plenty of places to sleep, nice big kitchen and dining area, air conditioned bunk house, fire pit and room for the kids and dogs to play! « This was the perfect place for us while visiting our family in Bonners Ferry. The cabin was perfect; lovely, everything necessary, gorgeous views, peaceful, kind hosts, friendly dogs:). The cabin is perfectly decorated and clean. We hope to be back in the warmer months to enjoy coffee on the porch and a bbq or even a fire in the fire ring. »

« This is an amazing home and beautiful property. The views all around are breathtaking. The property managers are terrific people, very friendly and accommodating. So much wild life to watch out the windows, too! I had read a review about the dogs, and was worried about my small children. However, they are very well behaved and friendly. They did not jump up or bark at us. Nothing to worry about there. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely wonderful experience! »

« I cannot describe how wonderful it was staying at the Yaak Hideaway for my son's spring break as it was exactly what we needed! The communication with Tami was beyond expectation and everything from the check-in process to all of the recommendations on where to explore made things so easy for us. « Pros: The tub with a shower head is a great feature. Cons: Property was dirty, the access to the sleeping quarters is only an exterior staircase, and there were swarms of bees right outside the door. The owners seem aware of this bee issue because there is some sort of bee-related device right by the front door. »

« We were only staying here to view properties to buy in Troy. It was perfect for what we needed it for as we were busy all weekend. Great place to finish out the day and relax. Neighbors were also very friendly. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable (hard), but other than that it was worth it. »
