« Very close to Mount Shasta that you can see from the garden on a clear day. Check in was very nice since we got an upgrade. Room is nice & clean and bed is comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good »

« I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night. »

« We had paid for an adjoining bedroom, but it had not been cleaned. There were some indications, such as dust on the windowsill and a plastic bottle cap under the dresser, that they don’t pay a lot of attention to cleaning. The hotel is very close to the interstate, and if it weren’t for the noisy window air conditioner, the sound of traffic would’ve been too much. The person on duty did takeoff a little from the room charge when we refused to pay for the adjoining bedroom, and the linens were...

« Loved our stay, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was central to Shasta/Burney and gave the feel of old world charm. The only reason to give 4 star was that it would be great if there were light filtering drapes, the blind was letting too much light in making it hard to sleep after 6am, that's how I like 'dark' but rest of the stay was lovely. »

« We were welcomed by a nice person and the check in was smooth. Other than that... not much compliment to add. Noisy, weird people wandering around, loud AC so impossible to keep it running, old everything (except for the refrigerator). Considering the price we paid, this is appalling. will never stay there again »
