There was noise until 2 am from non-guests of the hotel in the hallway, which the front desk declined to deal with until I complained repeatedly.

Front desk was very rude to my wife as we checked in. They have an incidental fee that does not match the property. We were on first floor and the room smelled of cigarettes and whatever else was in there. My son got Celeste pizza on the sheets and they are trying to charge me a fee for this. How can it be a stain pre wash? Rosay Patel is very rude and claims she has no communication with house keeping. We are going to court for this matter and if there are anyone else experiencing this please reach out to mount laurel police. This place must be stopped!

This hotel is very conveniently located to major highways and lots of shopping and restaurants. It was recently renovated and nice and modern. In the room, however, there were a couple little notes. The nightstands have plugs to charge electronics and they were not working, including one of the lights. Also, the conditioner and body wash were empty in the shower. I give them kudos for using good products - Dove shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. The towels could've been a little thicker, but they were adequate. The mattress was very squishy, so not as comfy as it could have been. The first night we were there, there was loud music playing until 11 p.m. And, one night, we got into the elevator with a very sketchy guy who was just lurking around the hotel. Thank goodness my husband is 6'3". Overall, a solid 4 stars.

When we got home from dinner, there was a group of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. It was rather unsettling.

Our room was overlooking the lobby and there was a lot of noise throughout the night. The beds weren’t great, very bouncy and sunk in the middle. Pillows were awful - way too thick felt like I was trying to sleep sitting up. We didn’t sleep well. Also the phone in the room was broken.

The young girl hosting was rude. It took me 30 minutes to get up to my room because it wasn't clean. The bathroom & bedsheets WEREN'T clean. I had to clean the tub myself and change the sheets. My husband went to the host to get the sheets and she questioned him as if he didn't have the right to do it. There were burn marks on the blanket and I found out when I changed the bed. It was turn over so I couldn't see when I checked the room. I told the hostess who was rude she was attempting to blame me for that. Not considering there are smoke alarms in the room. When I checked out she didn't want to give me a confirmation. She rolled her eyes and did give me the confirmation. I will not be returning or recommending this place. LaQuinta needs to do better in who they hire.

Super clean and convenient. Beds were also extremely comfortable and the showers were hot with great pressure. We came here after a horrible stay elsewhere and were more than pleased. Highly recommend this site.

The hotel was quiet for the most part. It was not directly on the highway so there wasn't as much road nose. The suite we had was unusually large in the bedroom area, with a couch and coffee table on the other side of the large room. There were two mini fridges, one in each room. The 2 televisions were different, and the channel guide didn't work, so you had to scroll through. One of the TV remotes had the batteries held in with tape. When we arrived we only had 3 towels, even though it was reserved for 4 people. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. The comforter had cigarette burns at the top. One of the wash cloths had visible stains on it, as did 2 of the pillow cases. The clock in the room had the time off, with no way to change it so we just unplugged it. The breakfast was nothing special. Cereal, toast, English muffins, small pastries, and oatmeal. There were a few breakfast sandwiches to microwave, but they disappeared fast and did not get restocked for an hour. Only half of the toaster worked, and the juice dispenser was not setup properly so everything was mostly water, especially the orange juice. We will not be returning to this hotel. For the price we paid I would expect the hotel to be on top of the cleanliness and service. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Harley at the reception desk was a sweetheart. She called maintenance immediately when our thermostat didn’t seem to be working. (We learned that the heat is no longer controlled by the thermostat.) and she got us extra face cloths immediately.
