"Hmm, ja, was soll man sagen... Die Zimmer wurden nur nach Rückfrage gemacht, also meistens gar nicht. Handtuchwechsel nach 5 Tagen? Nur nach Aufforderung. Bettwäsche sollte auch mal nach einer Woche gewechselt werden, ist hier nicht Standard. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Gastronomie ist gut, der Wein könnte in einer Weingegend schon etwas günstiger sein."

"Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows. "

"Good property but the XL room has no big kitchen it’s pretty small a d not comfortable to cook there. Everything else is good - but better get a room with a balcony it’s facing the river Moselle and it’s way more quiet than the rooms witch ate facing the road with a kind of heavy traffic "

"Such a beautiful and comfortable space! Airy and lovely to stay. The location was fantastic- walking distance to all of the great sights and restaurants! The Street festival that weekend was a bonus! Thank you!!"

"We stayed one night with a small baby. The rooms and the underground restaurant were all accessible with baby stroller and their service was excellent! The interior in the room was sophisticated and everything is spotless. We would definitely come back again! "

Amazing hotel!

"If I come back to Trier, I am 100% staying here again. We got a room that overlooked the Porta Nigra. It was beautiful. Probably, the best view I've ever had from a hotel room. The room was comfortable, the staff was great. The breakfast was perfect (totally worth the money). "

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the free coffee, tea and water and apples near the reception. Room was very clean, high standard. It was a nuce touch that they offered a voucher for a free drink of choice if you did not need daily room service, helping environment and guests at the same time. Would definitely recommend."
