Sleeps 9 A modern, comfortable apartment situated over two floors. Downstairs is an open plan living area and fully stocked kitchen. There is also a balcony overlooking the river and mountains. The sofa can be used as a further double bed and the main bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, both with two further single beds stored under the eaves. An ideal base for skiing and summer walking, being within walking distance of all the facilities in the town, and lifts to both Morzine/Les Gets and Avoriaz. Off road parking for cars, and storage in garage for bikes/skis. This is our family apartment that has been enjoyed by families and groups of friends alike. Bus stop to the town/main gondola for morzine is right outside although we never needed it, we kept our ski gear in a locker at the foot of the slopes and walked everyday. It was quite difficult to find as we arrived in the dark maybe a map could be sent out with info pack. But this was only a minor point. The flat was great - they had one bedroom, we had the other. The flat was clean, well appointed and had decent ski storage.The location is perfect - The bus stop is 20metres outside. It’s 2 stops to Pleney or 15 mins to Prodains lift. Or it’s a 10 minute walk into the centre of Morzine.Our hosts were helpful, friendly and communicative. Host Kathryn could not have been more welcoming and maintained great communication throughout the booking process and whilst we were staying in Morzine. The apartment is conveniently located adjacent to bus stop making light work of getting ski equipment around and accessing the gondolas for Morzine and Avoriaz. Thoughtful extras like toilet rolls, washing up liquid and dishwasher detergent were provided also much needed Nespresso coffee machine.
