"This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. I would stay here again. "

"Overall: Price point is good. Location is good. Mentioned lack of cleaning to management and got no response, think college housing where the landlord ignores you. It's a busy street, but noise level is not too bad, plenty of sunlight. If you plan to cook a lot you might look elsewhere as kitchen area is small with limited kitchen items (enough for survival, and if you plan to do 50% takeout). Cons: • Poor cleanliness on arrival.
