The hot water was lukewarm and pressure wasn't very strong. You couldn't control the heating so it was very cold. But the heating did come on at 5pm. There was no WiFi in the rooms which was pointless. The doors are filthy need a good clean . Our room was big and basic but the bathroom was awful took a while to get hot water and the shower was old and not good . While the rooms and corridors were clean everwhere upstairs is in need a serious update, shower barely ran, no internet in the rooms, traffic noise constantly which some decent glazing would minimise.
