The Space:

Some mountain cabins offer a view. Luxe Lodge is the view.



The Bedrooms:



Five bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeping up to 10. Cedar ceilings follow the A-frame slope. Shiplap walls, pendant lighting, a loft, a lower-level suite - no two rooms feel the same.

The Kitchen:



Professional-grade range, marble counters, a large island with bar seating under copper pendant lights. Equipped with a deluxe dual coffee station: a Terra Kaffe café-grade machine for espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes, plus a Nespresso Vertuo for quick cups. Hot chocolate maker and smores kit also provided.



The Screened Porch:



Sonos surround sound speakers, wet bar with ice maker, 70-inch flat-screen TV, full-group seating, self-moving chessboard & waterfall ambience. Equipped with multiple heaters for cold-weather use.



The Outdoors:



Hot tub, fire pit w/ Adirondack, and moonlighting across the entire property. The pondless waterfall runs next to the screened porch. You are always steps away from a National Forest trailhead leading to Lake Blue Ridge (~10 min walk).



The Short Game Golf Area:



Short game golf area with six different turf surfaces designed by PGA TOUR player and caddie "Willie Wilcox", including a real-feel sand trap surface. This also includes four holes for putting, provided putters, wedges and balls, and spotlight lighting for evening play.



The Trail:



A private hiking trail runs from the lodge, through the National Forest and down to Lake Blue Ridge. No crowds, no parking lots, just your group and the mountains.



Peace of Mind:



- Gated entry: no visible neighbors or road noise.

- Full-house generator: power goes out in the mountains. Yours will not.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the full property: all five bedrooms, three bathrooms, main living areas, screened porch, chef's kitchen, and all outdoor spaces including the short game golf area, hot tub, fire pit, pondless waterfall, and decks.



The private hiking trail to Lake Blue Ridge is included.



Check-in is self-guided via smart lock. Access codes and arrival instructions sent 48 hours prior.



The Neighborhood:

Luxe Lodge is located in Morganton, Georgia — a quiet, private mountain community nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The setting is peaceful and secluded, with no road noise.



The property borders thousands of acres of National Forest, with a private hiking trail leading directly from the gate down to the banks of Lake Blue Ridge — approximately 10 minutes on foot. In summer, the lake is swimmable. In winter, the exposed lake bed is walkable. You will not pass another person on this trail.



The nearest town center with restaurants, groceries, and attractions is approximately 20 minutes away in Blue Ridge. A car is required.

Pull through the private gate and your trip begins. Freshly landscaped grounds open around you as you climb the gravel driveway. The massive stone wall appears first — holding up the terrace itself and creating a giant elevated platform built for gatherings. Then the A-frame rises into view floor-to-ceiling glass reaching skyward, surrounded by immaculate grounds.



No expense was spared — from the stonework to the plantings to the lighting, every inch of this exterior was done with intention.

At night, the property transforms. Full moonlighting throughout the grounds gives everything a warm, full-moon glow. The stone walls are lit. The driveway glows.
