Stroll past the private gazebo to a quiet stretch of beach just moments away. Shell hunting, sunset walks, and the scenic coastal bike path are all part of the experience!

[THE SPACE]
This 300 sq. ft. studio is best suited for 2 adults and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults.

The space can host up to 4 guests only if the group includes 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adults would be too tight, so please consider the compact size when booking to ensure a comfortable stay.

☞This condo is located in an Oceanfront Complex, but the unit faces west toward the neighboring property, so the ocean CANNOT be seen from inside. Enjoy Panoramic Ocean Views from the community gazebos and wraparound decks with seating. You can also park right outside the unit for easy unloading and convenient access.

We have multiple units within the same oceanfront complex, including side-by-side units—perfect for larger groups who want to stay close while enjoying extra space and privacy. Please inquire for availability and details.

[HOUSE RULES]
☞By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules, additional rules, and disclosures listed.

1. NO SMOKING
• Ocean Sands is a non-smoking community. Smoking is permitted only on the beach or by the fence along Fort Macon Road, away from all common areas, including the gazebos.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas within the community.
•A minimum $200 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. Additional charges for deep cleaning, damage, or disruption to future reservations may apply.

2. PET POLICY
•No animals permitted in this unit due to owner allergies.
• Pet-friendly units are available — guests traveling with animals should not book this unit and may request assistance finding a suitable alternative.
• Unapproved animals are not permitted and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund and/or a $200 additional cleaning fee.

3. PARKING PASS & KEYS
• One (1) parking pass is provided. A second pass may be arranged prior to your stay for $25.
• Parking passes must be clearly displayed at all times. Vehicles without a pass are subject to towing.
• Parking passes are HOA-controlled items. A $200 fee applies for any lost or unreturned passes.
• Guests are responsible for all keys.
•$100 lockout fee | $50 lost key replacement fee
• Lockouts occurring between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM will require the guest to arrange and pay for a locksmith.

4. STORM DOOR
• The storm door must be closed immediately when entering or exiting the unit.
• Due to strong coastal winds, guests are responsible for any damage caused by failure to properly secure the door.

5. OCCUPANCY POLICY
• Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests are permitted.
•The base rate includes up to 2 guests. There is a $15/night fee for each additional guest.
•All guests (including children) must be included in the reservation prior to check-in.

6. SUBLEASING is not permitted. Reservations may not be reassigned without prior written host approval. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name may be required.

7. Guests agree to accept full responsibility for themselves and all occupants during the stay, including any damages, violations, or fees incurred.

8. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, agent, property management, Ocean Sands HOA, and Board of Directors from claims or damages arising from their stay.

9. The host, owner, or authorized representatives may enter the unit during reasonable hours for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies. Emergency and health/safety checks may occur without prior notice, similar to hotel practices.

Property was as promised. It was clean and appeared as in photos. One criticism I’d share is that the sponge in the sink had been used previously. Places we’ve been in the past would give a fresh, unopened sponge for dish washing since used sponges can be home to lots of bacteria. Otherwise very clean. And lastly, every where we go, mattresses are incredibly soft, so you’re not the first. But for back issues, a soft mattress is terrible. But it was a good stay for 2 people, close to the beach. We enjoyed it.

Highly recommend

The only negative I can say about this place is that the boardwalk and gazebo leading to the beach has no lights at night time. There is not adequate lighting around the property at night. Other than that this was a most wonderful and pleasant stay. The room was exactly as described. It was very clean and very neat and just what I needed. Location to the beach was wonderful. Very quiet, very relaxing. I will definitely book here again.

Lovely Room in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I were in just for the weekend. It was our anniversary and the host left us a anniversary card, which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very small; yet, perfect for just the 2 of us. Very clean and the bed was comfy. We liked having our car right outside the door. The beach was gorgeous and they provided beach chairs for us.

Perfect Getaway

I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The room was clean and cozy and right on the beach. I enjoyed drinking my morning tea and reading in the gazebo. Such a healing and much needed time away. This was a solo trip and I felt safe, it's a family friendly community of other residents, and not an over crowded beach location for those looking for that like myself. I will certainly return for another stay, thank you!

Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed in this rental for a short anniversary trip. We were very pleased with the room and location. We were able to park directly in front of the door which made the unloading and loading process quick and easy. The rental was exactly as pictured and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay including extra towels and blankets, and also plenty of pillows for the bed. The unit was very close to the beach and pool. There are two beach chairs in the small closet by the door. My own beach chair ripped on the second day so I very much appreciated having access to another! One thing I will note is that the beach access requires you to walk up and down a few stairs. We brought a wagon to haul chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. and we ended up ditching the wagon after the first day because of the stairs. This wasn’t a big deal for us, we just carried everything for the remainder of the trip. I just wanted to mention that detail for renters who may have small children or elderly people in their party so they can plan accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will check on this unit again if we ever return to Atlantic Beach!

Wonderful (although rainy) beach getaway!

The rental was very clean and just as pictured. We greatly appreciated the extra accommodations, such as beach chairs, pots, dishes/silverware,etc., offered by the owner, they made our stay more comfortable and removed the travel hassle. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy and gloomy, but we still got the chance to take advantage of the super convenient beach access, the ocean was literally a 5-minute walk away! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again! :)
