We Loved the huge social area with the large windows showing the view of the Tetons. The fireplaces were awesome and the live music was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help and answer questions.
The only negatives that we had were the costs of food at the breakfast cart and the cost of the items at the shops. The goods at the shops were very high end and quite expensive. Those options are nice to have, but it would be nice to have some less expensive options as well.
Stayed for 2 nights. First morning someone put up ladder in front of my window and stepped on my rooftop causing noise; second morning house keeping people knocked my door heavily each hour from 8am to urge use to leave though the checkout time is 11am.
There’s no hot water to take shower and no microwave to reheat leftover.
I don’t think the cottage worth the price cause if you only want the view you can just walk in or dine here instead of paying a cottage with bad service.

Convenient location, and very quiet since we were there during an off season. Staff was very friendly but it's obvious some learned more from their training than others.
We would NOT recommend the Mural Room - terrible food for the price. But would recommend the Blue Heron for food, drinks, and friendly staff.
Cottages and beds within were a little dated and ready for some upgrading. Lodge and property are amazing!

Liked the location and we saw a grizzly bear!
Phone didn't work so I had to go in person to the lodge if I had any questions. Of course you also know that it is greatly over-priced.
The "50's" diner was great for lunch. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the room was cold. The staff said the thermostat had been "locked" so they couldn't adjust it.
Love Jackson Lake Lodge….my favorite place to stay at in the Tetons, near Yellowstone. Beautiful property, stunning views of the Tetons, friendly staff, clean, updated rooms.

Could not eat in the dining room due to staff shortages
Jackson Lake Lodge exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our cottage and our experience in the Grand Tetons. The food and service at the Pioneer Grill was awesome, some of the best meals we had on our entire trip and just wonderful people that were so kind and made us feel very welcome. Honestly, we were shocked how much our experience at Tetons exceeded our experience at Yellowstone especially with the parks being so closely situated.
Great location in Grand Tetons making touring easy. However, a very expensive Classic Cottage room without tv, microwave or air conditioning and terrible internet was a disappointment.
This was our 7th visit to Jackson Lake Lodge.
Everything as expected (though the weather was rainy).
Gorgeous view of Willow Flats and the Tetons from the great room in the lodge. Stayed in classic cabin as usual.
Enjoyed the Pioneer Grill, Mural Room, Blue Heron lounge and of course passing out by the fireplaces.
Always enjoyable to talk with the workers who come from all over the world.
Don't change this hotel...the atmosphere is a big part of the reason we keep coming back!
We stayed in one of the lovely cabins at this lodge and had a comfortable patio that looked out over a small meadow. The Lodge itself had a beyond-spectacular view of the astonishing Tetons and a great lounge that provided a perfect location for watching the sunset behind the mountains. All-in-all absolutely perfect stay for the beautiful Grand Teton National Park.
Beautiful area overlooking Jackson Lake and the Grand Tetons. However the classic cottages have paper thin walls. I could hear everything my neighbor was saying. I would not stay here again.
It’s a wonderful location with a beautiful setting overlooking the Grand Tetons! It has three dining options and all of the staff are extremely helpful. It’s great meeting new people while sitting around the two huge fireplaces in the lodge’s lobby!
Had a cottage with 2 queen beds and higher ceiling. It looks like there are 3 cottage styles. Very roomy and nice room. Small patio with chairs and table. Mid century decor. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Grand Tetons.
Great facility, staff and location.
Two suggestions. 1. a microwave oven would be very useful to the customer.
2. Our room #719 had trees blocking any view. Cutting or trimming them to facilitate a view would be a significant improvement.
All was great, fantastic! All workers were very friendly and professional. However, like many places they appear short on cleaning staff, possibly due to low wages. Lack of daily cleaning was perfectly fine but replenishment of coffee supplies, etc., need consideration.
Jackson Lodge is a beautiful place to stay in the Tetons. We stayed in the cottages, a short walk up to the main lodge, but they were quiet and quaint. The views while having dinner and breakfast are breathtaking of Jackson Lake and the Teton Mountains in the background. I would highly recommend a stay at the lodge.

Beautiful setting, but the room we were placed in we did not get to enjoy that setting and was far too overpriced for the quality of the accommodation. $250 per night would have been reasonable, not $500
This property is amazing! The lobby is all rock walls with an amazing rock fireplace. The rooms were awesome, the doors are wide and solid wood stained dark. Beds slept great.
As soon as we arrived, we tried to make reservations for the Muran room for either that night or the following night. Unfortunately they told us they were completely booked. We were there celebrating our 50th anniversary and were never told to make reservations in advance. We booked this room at least 6 month in advance. Sure would have been nice if we would have been informed prior to arriving.
We stayed after Labor Day and saw a significant slow down in service at the mural room. This is their priemer dining option. Food was so so. That being said the 50’s diner was very good and service was excellent. Tip for a light meal eat in the bar and enjoy the same views as the mural room. Also try to stay in the main lodge. The vistas alone makes it worth the stay .
